This practical communication course provides participants with the core skills of effective communication in the workplace

Course Aims

The aim of this course is to promote effective two way communications so that team members feel they are included and a valued part of the organisation.  To help participants communicate information to direct reports using the most effective medium.


  • To identify the key elements of effective Two-way Communication
  • Learn to use body language appropriately
  • Learn to listen actively and effectively
  • Gain insight into asking open questions
  • Identify your own responsibility to communicate effectively to all staff
  • Be able to communicate on behalf of your team
